About PDX Movers

Owners Mike and David have been friends since elementary school. They officially started PDX Movers in 2012 after working for a tech company they believed didn’t have their customers’ best interests at heart. Mike and Dave took that idea and built a thriving business based on superior customer service. Both started as employees, loading and unloading rentals, managing their schedules, and keeping customers satisfied. The business quickly took off, leading to their first warehouse investment in Beaverton in 2015. 

However, it soon became too small to handle the growing demand, prompting a move to Tualatin for a more significant stake in the game. During this period, PDX Movers became the delivery agent for Wayfair, an experience that solidified their reputation for high-quality, white-glove delivery service.

By 2019, with the mission of “Mastering the art of moving and logistics” achieved, PDX Movers set a new goal: to be the best moving company in Portland, Oregon. Today, PDX Movers specializes in residential and commercial moves across the nation, priding itself on superior customer service and the tagline, “Not your average movers.”
